Having a senior cat (Willow) we were apprehensive in having to leave him in a "Cattery". At the age of 18 this would be his first experience ever, we've never had to do this before. Norm, Tasha and the staff have been wonderful in seeing that Willow is comfortable and pampered to in his golden years. Willow is quite content to stay put when we go to pick him up; indicating that he is very happy there. It is such a peace of mind knowing that we have no worries about his stay, it is his Home away from Home!
