We offer blankets, pillows, toys and treats, however you are more than welcome to bring your pets favourite bedding, toys and treats.
*Please do not forget to bring extra food along with your pet should your holiday be extended or delayed. Bark n’ Fly will charge $5.00 per feeding should your supply run out.
Bookings require a 50% deposit to ensure your suite. Upon admittance of your pet to Bark n’ Fly payment is due in full. Any additional charges incurred during your pets stay will be paid upon pick up of your pet.
Bark n’ Fly requires 72 hours notice before a cancellation in order to receive a deposit refund. Refunds will be subject to a 5% service charge to cover administrative and POS fees. If you cancel with less than the required 72 hour notice your deposit will not be refunded.
